You can create a website but it MUST NOT contain any of the following:
- Bots (nonhuman posting, deliberately unprotected forms)
- Children
- Copyright infringement
- DDos
- Phishing
- Pornography
- Scamming
- Spamming
- Violence

If you create a website that contains any of the aforementioned we will take any action we deem appropriate, including but not limited to:
- Website cancellation
- Account cancellation
- Email address blacklisting
If you create a website that contains any of the aforementioned we hold the right to cancel it without any prior warning.
If you create a website that contains any of the aforementioned you lose the right to any refund.
For example if we receive reliable phishing reports about your website, even during your first day, we will cancel your website immediately and we will not refund anything.
This is to prevent people signing up for our services with the intention of breaching our terms.

Law Enforcement
We cooperate with government and law enforcement officials to enforce and comply with the law.
We will disclose any information about a user upon a valid request by government or law enforcement officials as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process (including without limitation subpoenas), to protect your property and rights, or to protect the property and rights of a third party, or to protect the safety of the public or of any person, or to stop activity that we consider illegal or unethical.

Children
This website is not directed towards children and we do not seek to collect any personal information from children.
If we become aware that personal information from a child under the age of 13 has been collected, we will use all reasonable efforts to delete such information from our database.
